浙江工商大学研究生学位论文格式规定“摘要”二字、摘要内容、关键词。

1.论文题目为三号黑体字,可以分为1或2行居中打印。

2.论文题目下空一行居中打印,“摘要”二字(三号黑体),字间空一格。

3.“摘要”二字下空一行打印摘要内容(四号宋体),每段开头空两格,标点符号占一格。

4.摘要内容下空一行打印关键词(四号宋体),关键词数量一般为3-8个,关键词之间用分号分开,最后一个关键词后不打标点符号。 (三)英文摘要题目全部采用大写字母,可分成1-3行居中打印。每行左右两边至少留五个字符空格。

浙江工商大学研究生论文格式

  1、请各培养学院3月20日前自行安排预答辩。将通过预答辩的名单报研究生院学位办。

2、3月26日前,各学院按学校研究生学位论文匿名送审格式要求,博士论文全部由研究生院送审,硕士论文按学生人数的30%由研究生院送审和70%由培养学院送审这个规定操作。博士研究生学位论文和自评报告交一式五份、硕士研究生学位论文交一式二份,论文中不得出现导师和作者姓名。

3、3月31日至4月30日学位办和培养学院组织完成学位论文匿名送审工作。

4、5月5日前,匿名送审结果反馈给学院及相关导师。通过学位论文匿名送审的研究生方可参加学位论文答辩。

  三、2014届(夏季)研究生学位论文答辩工作安排

  1、对通过学位论文匿名送审的研究生,所在学位点可按规定组织论文答辩,答辩时间安排须在2014年6月1日前完成。

  2、各学位点在组织学位论文答辩之前,应预先将答辩日期、答辩委员会组成人员以及答辩申请表报研究生院学位办审核。

  3、答辩委员会的组成以及答辩委员会决议的格式应符合学校有关规定。

4、各研究生答辩结束后应将3份正式论文, 1份《授予博士/硕士学位人员信息登记表》交各学院教学秘书,教学秘书收齐后于6月3日前统一交研究生院学位办。各学院留几份论文由各培养学院自己决定。论文电子版上传至校图书馆网站。

  四、各学院学术(学位)委员会应对本次参加学位论文答辩的研究生的政治思想表现、论文答辩情况,发表论文情况等方面进行全面审查。经学术(学位)委员会审查通过的申请者材料和拟授位名单于2014年6月3日前报送研究生院学位办,逾期者的学位授予将安排在下一期进行。

  五、拟于2014年6月上旬召开校学术(学位)委员会会议,确定本次博士、硕士学位授予名单。

浙江工商大学研究生学位论文格式规定为提高研究生学位论文的质量,实现学位论文在内容和格式上规范化与统一 化,特制定本规范。

一、内容要求 研究生学位论文应立论正确,推理严谨,层次分明,数据可靠,文字简练,(转载自:www.dXf5.cOm 东星资源网:浙江工商大学研究生论文格式) 说明透彻。

前臵部分中英文摘要(博士论文还需另提交简略本) 记(包括致谢)附录部分 原创性声明 (一)前臵部分 1.封面:采用研究生部下发的统一格式样张,封面上填写中图分类号(中 国图书资料分类法类号)、论文题目、作者姓名、专业、研究方向、指导教师姓 名、以及密级(分公开、内部、秘密或机密)。

2.题目:应在20 字以内,能简明、具体、确切地表达论文特定内容。必要 时,可以使用副标题,中文、外文题目应一致。

3.中英文摘要:摘要应是学位论文的中心内容,简单明了,体现科研工作 的核心思想。内容应涉及本项科研工作的目的和意义、研究方法、研究内容和过 程、主要结论。注意突出论文中具有创造性成果和新见解部分。注明论文关键词 4.目录:目录作为论文的提纲,是论文各组成部分的小标题,应简明扼要,一目了然。

(二)主体部分 1.引言:主要说明研究工作的目的、涉及范围、相关领域的前人研究成果 (文献综述),研究设想、研究方法、理论意义和实际价值,主要难点及解决办 法,创新性。

2.正文:是学位论文的核心部分,占主要篇幅,一般由标题、正文、图、 表格和公式五个部分构成,学生可以根据具体情况灵活掌握,但要实事求是,客 观真切,合乎逻辑,层次分明,语言简练。

3.结论和建议:结论是最终的、总体的结论,不是正文中各段小结的简单 重复。结论应该精练、完整、准确。着重阐述自己研究的创造性成果,新的见解、 发现和发展。以及在本研究领域中的地位和作用、价值和意义,还可以进一步提 出需要讨论的问题和意义。

4.参考文献:参考文献应按文中引用情况列全,附于文末。

(三)附录部分 1.附录是正文主体的补充部分。下列内容可以作为附录: 攻读学位期间发表的(含已录用,并有录用通知书的)与学位论文相关的 学术论文和科研成果清单; 为了整篇材料的完整,插入正文又有损于编排条理性和逻辑性的材料; 由于篇幅过大,或取材于复制件不便编入正文的材料; 对一般读者并非必须阅读,但对本专业同行有参考价值的资料; 论文中使用的符号意义、单位缩写、程序全文及有关说明书; 附件:计算机程序清单、磁盘、鉴定证书、获奖奖状或专利证书的复印件 2.后记:对某方面进行补充,或对给予各类资助、指导和协助完成研究工作,以及提供各种条件的单位及个人表示感谢。致谢应实事求是,切忌浮夸与庸 俗之词。

学位论文作者签名: 日期: 二、撰写规范(一)封面上的内容一律按照统一封面的样张式样打印,必须正确无误,论文 题目一般20 字以内,层次标题在15 字以内。

(二)学位论文中文摘要一般为正文字数的5%。其内容次序为论文题目、“摘 要”二字、摘要内容、关键词。

1.论文题目为三号黑体字,可以分为1 行居中打印。2.论文题目下空一行居中打印,“摘要”二字(三号黑体),字间空一格。

3.“摘要”二字下空一行打印摘要内容(四号宋体),每段开头空两格, 标点符号占一格。

4.摘要内容下空一行打印关键词(四号宋体),关键词数量为3-8 一关键词之间用逗号分开,最后一个关键词后不打标点符号。(三)英文摘要题目全部采用大写字母,可分成1-3 行居中打印。每行左右 两边至少留五个字符空格。

1.题目下空三行居中打印“ABSTRACT”,再下空两行打印英文摘要内容。

2.摘要内容每段开头留四个字符空格。

3.摘要内容后下空两行打印“KEYWORDS”,其后关键词小写,每一关键词 之间用分号分开,最后一个关键词后不打标点符号。

(四)“目录”二字(三号黑体)下空两行为章、节、条及其开始页码。

(五)正文层次示例如下 章节层次标题结构一般有两种类型: 1.社会科学类: 号黑体、居中层次标题: 一级标题:“一、”4 号黑体、居中或空两汉字 二级标题:“(一)” 号黑体加粗、空两汉字三级标题:“1.”小4 号黑体加粗、空两汉字 四级标题:“(1)” 号黑体加粗、空两汉字2.自然科学(或社会科学)类: 号黑体、顶格排版层次标题: 一级标题: 号黑体、顶格排版二级标题:“1.1 号黑体加粗、顶格排版三级标题:“1.1.1 号黑体加粗、顶格排版四级标题:“1.1.1.1 号黑体加粗、顶格排版(六)正文采用小四号宋体打印,英文正文用小四号Times New Roman。

(七)图:图题若采用中英文对照时,其英文字体为五号Times New Roman, 中文字体为五号宋体,引用图应在图题右上角标出文献来源,自制图应在图题下 标出资料来源。

图号按章顺序号,如图3-2 为第三章第二图,如果图中含有几个不同部分, 应标注分图号,并在图题下列出各部分内容。

(八)表格:表格按章顺序编号,如表5-4 为第五章第四表,表应有标题, 表内必须按规定的符号标注单位,在表格下列出资料来源。

(九)学位论文有关使用文字、数字的书写法: 1.论文应用汉语简化字书写。

2.年份一概写全数。例:1998 年不能写成98 3.凡公历世纪、年代、年、月、日、时刻和各种记数与计量(包括正负数、分数、小数、百分比、约数),均采用阿拉伯数字。

4.公式均需标注公式号,公式号用圆括号和阿拉伯数字表示,按章编排。

(2-3)5.论文中的物理量、量纲及符号均采用国际标准(SI)和国家标准(GB)。

(十)参考文献(以下两种方式选其一) 1.按论文中参考文献出现的先后顺序用阿拉伯数字连续编号,将序号臵于 方括号内,引用文献应在文章中的引用处右上角加注。文后参考文献的排列顺序 与文中的编号相同。

2.在文中不编号,直接在相应处列出作者和年份,格式如下: 正文(包括引言): ????当收入分配差距过大,收入集中于消费倾向较低的高收入者手中时,全社会 消费倾向就会下降(杨天宇,2001)。???? 文后参考文献的排列顺序先中文后外文;中文按作者姓氏的拼音首字母为序,外 文按作者的首字母为序。
