看了一些回答，感觉你们把面试弄得好复杂。实名反对高票Grace的答案，我不知道你是不是真的面试过还是说你们高冷投行就是这么面试的，市面上任何一本《外企面试英语》都能找到你那些烂大街的内容，全都是些正确的废话。我只想告诉大家，英语面试没有想象中的那么难。
我也想诚实的告诉大家，市面上所有关于英语面试的书，包括知乎某大V王老大的关于外企面试回答，全是垃圾，都是面试外星人的，面的都是情怀。可能全部都是针对投行、咨询行业的。对于我们这些草根来说，一辈子可能都不会遇到那种面试。
提醒一下，不要相信任何HR总监写的面试技巧的书，因为录用与否他们说了不算，生杀大权掌握在用人部门手上，他们哪里知道用人部门的面试需求呢？如果是某个用人部门总监（工程总监、市场总监、销售总监）写如何面试的书，我肯定去买。
作为一个曾经面试过N家500强和非500强外企，包括苹果（上海淮海中路中国总部）、IBM（深圳福田区亚太供应链） 、迪卡侬（深圳）等，我来说说真实面试是什么，说一些HR不爱听的话。
本人先后在三家外企工作（其中有500强），经历都是制造业的工程类职位为主，其他行业仅供参考。
最大的感慨，工程类面试不要讲什么技巧，主要都是以问技术问题和实际项目经验为主，能够回答上来就都能过，完全没有一些回答中提到的开放性问题“比如你最大的缺点是什么”，“你遇到压力怎么办”。
越是高级的职位，面试的形式就越随和，一般都是面试官和面试者像朋友聊天一样，把过往的经历聊一聊，没有哪个傻逼面试官会去问类似What has been the greatest disappointment in your life?Tell me about something that"s not on your resume."What"s your weakness? 如果问了面试者只会回答一个字，滚。
前几天，有个东莞的美资公司的HR打电话给我，说在前程无忧看到我的简历，现在他们要招个精益生产工程师，我说精益生产我倒是懂，就是JIT和Jidoka嘛（我就知道她听不懂），但是没有六西格玛黑带绿带什么的哦？ 她说，我看你简历上有写有精益生产方面的项目经历，我说是啊，我做过很多，你要问我什么是精益生产，我可以一二三四五说出来并附上亲身经历案例。她说那就没问题，那你可以不可以自我介绍一下呢？ 我说 你方不方便先自我介绍一下呢，我都不知道你们公司是做什么的？^_^
先说这个英语自我介绍，这个是外企面试必不可少而且首当其冲的的部分，受到很多外企面试书籍的误导，很多人以为这部分至关重要，能够决定面试的成败，我只想呵呵。
为什么呢？
因为根本没人认真听你的英语自我介绍。
现在中国的外企本土化很高，大部分中层管理已经是中国人了，包括苹果在内，和我面试的六个人，都是中国人。
你自己想想看，你对另外一个中国人的英语演讲有没有兴趣听？人都是这样的，听母语人士的英语是享受，听不不地道的非母语人士说英语天生抵触，一分钟都不想听下去。和我面试过的HR，从来没谁把我自我介绍中的内容听进去的，到头来还反来问我自我介绍中说过的内容。
所以本质上，国人给你的英语面试，都是唬人的。
那就好办了，他们唬你，你也可以唬他们。
你管你自我介绍怎么样，发音烂一点又怎么样，只要不太离谱，只要你流利，不结巴，说得快，面试官都认为你英语牛逼得不得了。
你自己反过来想想，是不是只要有个人能够流利说大段的英语，发音烂，你是不是也觉得他很牛逼？
所以我的建议是，自己写一到三分钟的自我介绍（稍微长一点显得牛一点），内容可以不管是什么，语法不需要精雕细琢，背得滚瓜烂熟（背个100遍试试看），面试的时候可以像机关枪一样喷出来，吐词清楚，不要含糊畏手畏脚，就可以搞定中国人面试官了。

如果是老外或者英语水平很好的人面试，不过你英语还凑合，要体现自己的实力，应该怎么说办呢？
（教一个不外传的小秘籍，如果是老外面试，你提前问HR面试官叫什么名字，然后去linkedin上去搜他简历，然后面试中你知道应该怎么做了吧。）
本质上还是学会唬人。
你说的每句话，要显出你和别人不一样的地方。哪些地方要不一样呢？
一、你的英语实力
你的用词的要体现出你的英语功底，让面试官觉得，哇，这个的英语不得了。

二、和面试官互动性
一定要和面试官建立互动性才能给他留下深刻印象。而不是全程都是他在问，你在回答。你要主动大量去问问题，同时也是显示出你对这份工作的兴趣。另外特别是问到面试官的英文名，然后时不时提一下他的名字，比如 Yes, Nancy, that"s right.
二、说话的逻辑性和条理清晰
也就是说话能够一、二、三分条列出，让人觉得你思路清晰，总结能力强。
还有就是废话少说，自我介绍就是介绍自己和这份工作的符合性，说的任何话都要以这个为目标，兴趣爱好、来自哪里这些屁话都不要说了。按照我下面说的，先列出这份工作要求什么，然后你目前做什么，进行一个对比，得出你符合这份工作的结论，这才是逻辑性。
一开始面试官提到要你自我介绍一下，你就可以马上问May I have yourname? 问到名字后，下面开始。

According to the JD(job description用专业术语，HR都懂的), it seems you are looking for an HR. As far as I can understand, what"s important to HR job is communication, interpersonal skills , andwell-organized work（根据自己的理解，写认为你最重要的，当然几乎所有非专业性工作最重要的无非就是这三点）. And I happen to have some experienceon coordinating some projects(代替activity） andcommunicating with different people such as ….(所以你们年轻的时候，要多去主导一个活动，而不是当配角，活动没什么难的，都是桥到船头自然直）
On top of that( 代替besides, furthermore, what"s more这种烂大街的）,early this year I also took/had an internship in XXXX company where I learnedsome hands-on(代替practical) experience on manufacturing( 大家应该都实习过吧）.
