元旦英语周记

Today is New Year"s Day.I together with my parents is very glad.My mother prepared a delicous dinner and my father bought two interesting books for me.I told my parents that i love them very much.And I hope they will keep young and healthy.Also,I make a promise that I will work harder in order to make progress in my studies.My parents are very glad and they hope my dream of becoming a scientist will come true and they will try their best to help me.I feel so happy and I believe I will become happier in the new year.

The New Year’s Day 元旦节

This New Year’s Day, I went to my grandparents’ home with my parents. All my aunts and uncles went there too. We had a big family gathering, and we gave each other New Year’s Greetings and talked about our New Year’s plans. Everyone was happy and excited. And I am now looking forward to the next family gathering.

今年元旦我随父母去了祖父母家.我的叔叔姑姑们也都去了.我们举行了家庭聚会.大家互相赠与新年祝福,并谈论了自己在新年的打算.每个人都很高兴和兴奋.现在,我正盼着下一个家庭聚会呢.
